anything that makes it clear that you *want* responses, including direct solicitation! reward people for responding! make it a fun participatory thing! it can feel a bit LARP-y at first, but you'll get the hang of it

Imo take it easy on yourself. self love + courage are required. I felt atrociously weird about stuff like this for a decade. Do you know what triggers the: "I shouldn't do this because that's not who I am" response in yourself?

yeah it's residual fear about approaching situations and feeling like I am enough due to childhood emotional neglect. I've gotten at the root pretty well, but it's time to play catch up and walk out from the frozen place
