My method would be to build an informational framework and interspersed put hooks for people. Like a question inside the framework, or quote retweet an idea inside the framework and then philosophize about it to everyone else. If you just spit facts there no where to engage.

According to that video the best conversation follows the 80/20 rule. One person should do most of the talking. The other person should ask questions. So for example if I wanna talk to you, I can ask you questions. What do you think about that?
