It's very binary (connected/not connected) and overwhelming to the point of autonomic gagging! It is very effective at getting away from awareness (reminds me of depression and just wanting to be left alone).

That symptom is made of awareness. Maybe that method will help? Submit to being a prisoner of open awareness

From what I've seen, submitting to open awareness comes after energizing dull/disconnected mind. Not that these are separate processes.
