I absolutely have questions that I think are in philosophical territory but I'm approaching them from Buddhist and neuroscience perspectives. e.g. nature of consciousness. Also I feel ungrounded in this conversation. Whats up with that idk.

I would suggest it's because the conversation is on an abstract, generalized level. Try introducing a concrete detail to ground stuff. I always prefer dealing with specific examples rather than going for general proofs.

Consciousness is subjective which means you can't be mistaken about it. If you believe you're thinking about a blue cube, that constitutes the proof that you are thinking about a blue cube. It sounds a little complicated but this is law of identity stuff.
