5:30 PM: get off work, lift for the first time in a while. 7:00 PM: dinner with family. 8:00 PM: take temperature, 99.4 F. Anxious. 9:00 PM: take temperature, 100.4 F. Feverish. Get into bed. 10:00 PM: almost asleep. Then, jolt of energy. Very awake. No longer feverish. WTF

I have a weird sense that doing cleans or something for the first time... ever? overworked me a bit and dunked my immunity for a little while. Or maybe something related to allergies? Or food-related? I have no idea.
