You are welcome! The arm is a desk mount ergotron but they can be wall mounted too. Amazon sells a generic one but you can get cheaper arms too that dont need to be as beefy as an ergotron monitor arm. I had these lying around.

The other stuff is a mishmash of photography/film mounting hardware, I can dig it up the info if you want to know. Goose arm, mounting block, adapters. I made sure The block matched the hole pattern on the hole pattern on the arm.pic.twitter.com/x9mzZS3hRZ

I made it hot swappable because I like to quickly mount to other setups, those were the only goosenecks that could do that I found. If you come up with something different I would like to see.

From the stuff I've been browsing, yours seems to look the best Also it should hold reasonable weight, some of these arms look like they could only hold a phone

OK, since we are here and you clearly know things about mounting equipment I have this light with its native tripod, but I am missing a piece and the tripod doesn't really fit, so it's wobbly Any ideas besides duct tape?https://shop.vidprousa.com/products/new-vidpro-professional-studio-lighting-kits-led-604-and-led-1x1 …

i've seen pros put a sandbag/weight on mounting equipment to keep them stable, that was for a more temporary shoot and haven't seen what folk do for more dedicated mounts. weight is very simple and works
