Should I even consider considering a pHd in something like neuroscience if writing is not my strong suit? Massively insecure around questions of writing and planning the future.
So it's not particularly neuroscience. I would need to go and really get acquainted with the field, maybe its psychology + neuroscience to strategize around it appropriately. See the main thread for clarification around the end goal.

It seems to me as a mixture of things so possibly interdisciplinary studies mixing neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, and so on. Or something like 'humanistic psychology'

But I feel something of that nature would include plenty of writing. If you want to take a quantitative approach you could look into the complexity sciences that might have connections. https://www.santafe.edu/ (might be of interest)
