You can do a thing where you relax into the vividness beneath the lights. It can get very intense, but if you can manage to stay relaxed instead of flinching away, you’ll plunge straight into a delightful space. If your body feels like it’s floating before a drop, stay cool 
Had a vivid dream and woke up. When I closed my eyes I saw swirly pulsing white light overlaying the dark. I've used galantamine before to induce lucid dreams and had this same light come along sometimes.

There’s a lot of stuff to play with dreamy-lights, but staying awake as you let your mind plunge into its own brightness is a fun one
