that's thought provoking. How would you say it could be "healthy"? I was realizing the other day I could get some energy by drawing which evaporated some brain fog. There's a lot I haven't explored with it. I have it most in the afternoon but take it as a nap signal.

Well in the same way it's not healthy to always be energized. Sometimes we need to calm down, rest, get sleepy, & this "brain fog" can sometimes just be the body trying to rest. I remember once during a super stressful time my doctor wholeheartedly encouraged me to eat chocolate
