my holiday binges with relatives have really been piling on the brain-fog.
eating big breakfasts & big dinners, over eating, both heavy and oily 
it's hard to want to listen to myself when everyone is telling me to indulge!

Sometimes that “brain fog” feeling is healthy for me, but sometimes not so much

that's thought provoking. How would you say it could be "healthy"? I was realizing the other day I could get some energy by drawing which evaporated some brain fog. There's a lot I haven't explored with it. I have it most in the afternoon but take it as a nap signal.
