**i'm uncertain about the difference between access concentration and some 'lite' visual jhanas. I've experienced a luminous nimita 'hard' jhana with no subject-object, which unmistakably separate from access concentration.

access concentration when it's on a small area, can be moved around intentionally but it has momentum
