i've figured out when I hit access concentration during meditation

sense of touch overall: uncomfortable, unstable, intense, HIGH RESOLUTION, spatially defined at the nose: ticklish, wirey, prickley around the mouth: the natural tension in the jaw ends up feeling like clenching, even if the teeth are resting on each other; teeth may chatter

access concentration when it's on a small area, can be moved around intentionally but it has momentum
