What if you optimized your email newsletter for subscriber turnover? As in, maximizing the number of people who subscribe, have their question/problem resolved as efficiently as possible (or just as good, realize this isn't for them), and unsubscribe

That would actually be a highly optimistic and effective business, serving people right at their moment of greatest need, and then quickly sending them on their way to more advanced and sophisticated problems
