Ouch. Got an exertion head ache from too many squats too quickly after not to much exercise. Karma from believing I'm a video game character.
It is what I'm going by to figure out how to manage this. Exercise folk seem pretty credible about this stuff probably having to deal with way more than a PCP would.

it's an injury, apparently, that takes up to 2 months to heal. Moral of the story is go slow, ego about what one was doing previously, without building back up over time, injures. Thought I would have learned by now.
