On a spectrum of behavior, if you bias towards, [watching, assimilating, enduring, shouldering responsibility, taking blame] over, [ interacting / voice, asserting identity, leaving, identifying what/who is accountable ] learning to complain/assert, will benefit you and others.
Don't be above complaining/talking shit. It makes space for taking perspective on circumstances you are embedded in, providing reflection and a path to behavior change, when you know what should be changed.

Caveats. Seek the middle way. Use complaint to create differentiation from I/us-them/it then seek reintegration where appropriate and possible. Recognition and gratitude of what came before helps to reintegrate/synthesize a new whole instead of throwing it out.
