There are a couple reasons it may be best to keep experiences to oneself. However, I don’t think sharing meditation experience is a uniformly negative thing.

I think I'm going to just share my meditation experiences more generally. It's an energy and conversation that I can bring to the world with little downside.

What prompted the question was I was just excited about clearly seeing/learning how to drop into a light rupa Jhanas and wanted to share my excitement. Having given it a few days it feels ordinary enough. Feel like it would be more consistent to have the disclosure in a context.
