Feels weird to say but it feels like spending time on Twitter is one of the more important ways I use time. Slowing building relationships. Find those who are interested and interesting. Test writing, exposing my mind. Getting stimulated by those I follow.

This is an anatomically realistic 3D brain visualisation depicting real time source-localized activity. Each colour tracks brainwaves. The brighter the colour, the more intense the activity. This data is from EEG and MRI created by Neuroscape Lab, California.pic.twitter.com/5pP4tuZZfb

Which leads back to a more a powerful unified awareness. That's the theory

All boundaries are constructed, and as the acuteness of sensation increases in using the discriminating mind to search for a boundary, there will be no place for a boundary to hide.

I'm going to do this with a persistent body scan. If dull unpleasantness solidifies as sensation, feels separate or stuck, I'll look for a boundary.

As a hypothesis I'm regarding dull unpleasantness as disowned sensation. If this is true, if I incline towards it in a gentle way to reincorporate it into conscious awareness, this dull unpleasantness will metabolize into clarity.

How are persistent background dullness and unpleasantness related?

Who else feels uncomfortable making major decisions under uncertainty as a baseline?

Heard this: TV advertisements don't acquire customers, they refresh positive associations for previous customers.

Looking forward to remixing myself. I have a lot of 1st draft stuff posted on here.

This is true except the notion of 'creative' as an identity, 'a creative person', is of course drivel. Creativity is an intimate faculty of the will in any sentient human life, on par with mastering space and manipulating surroundings. They all coalesce into meaninghttps://twitter.com/thisdarkfuture/status/1222846885553008642 …

Brilliant minds play at games at levels of achievement you may have only scratched the surface of. This makes some anxious. I take solace in the fact that no one occupies my particular intersection of all peoples realities.

A final speculation: I was told the left side corresponded to the masculine and the right the feminine. My dad didn't coach me on my emotions as my bro and I were basically left to our own devices. One of the main things I've had to learn was reining in folk and giving structure.

It took a long time to figure out what the sensations were. Initially they manifested as something closer to pain. (Had me checking webmd
.) Looking closer, they were highly localized spams.Show this threadThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo -
The kriyas became localized. I can identify 3 energetic points about the size of my finger that would spasm on the left side of my neck and below my chin.

It's evolved over the course of being in a position to come into my own voice in relation to directing folk. During this time, the kriyas changed too.

And for months afterward I had this head tic. It would act up during sitting meditation most often. I recollect it would sometimes act up during meetings too.

Then sitting one day at SPUDS with my dharma peeps I had the floor. Suddenly it felt like I was punched in the neck and I had this massive kriya jerk my head on a pivot left. [SPUDS crew shoutout

Within the past couple of years, a lot has come together for me in life and from an Insight perspective. I can't really chart a linear path, but the kriyas moved upward. [I had a brief period of funny wandering left arm during sitting practice, kept smacking myself.]

A few observations for the energetically inclined: I had kriyas starting in my toes and hips along with emotional purification when I started meditating ~7-8 years ago. I would describe a kriya as a myoclonic jerk with connection to the emotional-energetic system.
