I just noticed for the first time a YouTube video put out by a channel that I subscribe to NOT being in my sub feed. Refreshed & still wasn’t there. Bad @YouTube! Bad boy! Naughty unwanted use of algorithms!

Just to confirm, do you see videos for that channel in your subs feed? Does it appear you’re subscribed anywhere else? Keep us posted.

No. Simply do not let your maths decide that people don’t want videos in their sub feed, despite the fact that they are subscribers.
