Gotta have a security code to enter the mosque! What a sad state of affairs! Thanks for honoring Duaa!

Churches have long been locked up also & it is a shame that the houses of prayer and worship are so in this lifetime But praise the young woman’s intelligence calmness and thoughtfulness Truly an example of living example of GODLINESS

thank you all for the heartfelt comments, I just did what anyone would in that situation, and everyone is healing.

You did way more then what any 17yr old should HAVE to do. You nor your classmates should have ever been put into this kind of position.

Not a Muslim, but my understanding from talking to Muslims is that a mosque is supposed to be a place of safety, refuge, and love. She helped uphold that. <3

Duaa deserves the Presidential Medal of Honor for her leadership, charity, & bravery. She deserves one much more than a golfer or baseball & basketball stars. All Americans should be proud of her. I am. I wish her & her family long, happy lives free from prejudice & racism.
-
absolutely do not wish her anywhere near this President though. She deserves better.
