Stay humble devs. Just because you work on the current popular game doesn't mean you are invulnerable to this industries' faults. You may find yourself in need of help and you wouldn't want other artists only remembering how much of a snob you were.
Oh man, absolutely! Most game artists I've encountered have been a fairly humble bunch...but there's gotta be exceptions lurking out there somewhere. Are you referencing something you've seen recently by any chance?
