Aye. And it’s always so jarring when you encounter that sentiment too! There you are, cruising through the art space, feeling good that everyone’s roughly on the same team, making cool stuff. Then BAM...you’re called a technician, not an ‘artist’. Ouch.

Yea that isn't cool. Sculpting is art. Without understanding of anatomy or design and composition etc a technician wouldn't be able to create a beautiful figure.
