For aspiring character artists, once you get used to sculpting heads for a while, break the mold and maybe do some likenesses or sculpt in a completely different style. I am guilty of this as well but you start to see a distinct "face" over and over in a person's folio. #gamedev

This is a great guideline to follow almost regardless of 3D discipline. Oddly enough though, there are a number of fairly 'high profile' character artists (and concept artists) that have a huge problem with "same-facing" ALL of their characters...
