Oh rad! I hadn't figured on her being imported into the VRChat scene, but that's pretty neat. I've been thinking about an update for a little while. It's mostly updating her to current gen standards of stylized work. Perhaps an added variation without the mask and hood too.

Yes, you're more than welcome to use her! She's a bit old and probably needs an update at this point, but she's still pretty cute. 
Out of curiosity, were...you interested in trying to rig or animate her? Or just using the renders images as graphics?
