You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
This is good news for you. But I hope everyone realizes Blizzard didn’t back down because they were wrong, they did because of the backlash.
A few of us also wanted to raise awareness on this internally. It's big company, but I hope Blizz's communication improves over time.
