I actually had a coworker go after me at the end of the year on peer reviews. He said I wasn't passionate about my role on the team. Basically, he saw that I was super passionate about game dev in general and would help out other teams sometimes as well as doing my own tasks.

Yeah when I helped remake the gnar sculpt for Riot. Basically I had to go to meetings randomly during core hours sometimes. My coworker got me written up for this even though I would stay late to make up time. Also I made the gnar sculpt during my Christmas Vacation... for free
