24 devs & 6 months to make a 10 minute sequence with no real game systems running behind it and the whole thing was scripted. Now multiply that by 30-60 hours and however many devs it would take to fill out the rest of the project... Game dev is rough regardless of tools my dude

Perhaps "carefully guided" was a better term. Even with your rough math there you're still looking at a huge team working for 4+ years to make a game at that fidelity. That's already the case now, UE5 just provides more bells and whistles to tack on top of all that.
