Overreactions to the situation. Leaked information due to Blizzard's negligence not removing any recording devices beforehand is their fault. The photo was snapped only a matter of time before it was public. Another thing comes to mind of possibilities tho
Blizzard doesn’t force people to go through a crazy ‘security sweep’ for a simple tour out of respect for people’s personal integrity and privacy. The majority of tours are given to friends and family of developers so it’s even more disheartening that someone violated that trust.

Your point weighs on the emotional. Standard practices following an NDA, usually come with the removal of phones or recording devices with sensitive areas. This is not a breach of "personal integrity & privacy" especially talking about an IP with as much recognition as Blizzard.
