The D4 team more than likely has a whole bunch of PoE players on it. We as game devs love to see other games do well - It means we can root for our fellow colleagues’ successes while also providing great examples to learn from. The market has room for many projects and interests.

I agree, it just seems like PoE is miles ahead of D4 which makes me mad because I want D4 to be good and I think the ARPG community wants it to be good too but IMO has I don’t think they have as much passion as the PoE devs and lack depth.

If it helps, I can tell you for a fact that the folks on D4 are some of the most passionate Diablo fans you’re going to find
. PoE has the advantage of learning from everything Diablo has done prior to create something new, so I expect both games will benefit from the other. - Show replies
