I think part of the why PoE could show off so much of their systems and content is because their ‘next game’ is essentially just a large update - it’s easier to show specifics on an iterative project. D4 still has a lot of ground to cover as an entirely new game. Give it time

They've also said that D4 is not even near completion people are speculating a 2025 release it would be terrible buisness for them to give us everything now and then just hope that the hype will carry on until the release
