No word yet on if that's changed. In what we've seen so far, all you have is a binary gender option, and we don't have any indication that you have any kind of gender diverse options (see The Sims for good examples of what these could look like)
Is this 100% confirmed? No NB option(s) for the creator? I know we didn't see it during the long gameplay trailer a while back, but has any coverage swung back around to the issue to see if they've changed it? Seems like a weird oversight if they're wanting to add representation.
