I must be one of those 3D artists that work in a game company but is afraid af of the game engine and spends all time in comfy 3DsMax, not even thinking about Unity or Unreal. That stuff is spoopy for me D;

I've been on the computer science side of things, and Unity or Unreal may seem scary at first but they are actually super intuitive and friendly compared to many other things out there. Especially if you guys aren't venturing too far into programming land.

Only saying this cause if you can handle 3D art you can definitely handle some of the stuff you guys would need to do in Unity/Unreal. It's worth it to run through some tutorials and get a little comfortable :)
