I sincerely appreciate pronouns being posted somewhere for us to look up. I'm always so embarrassed slipping with the wrong pronouns, esp. when meeting new folk. Our team (& others) at Blizzard also just started putting them on all nameplates/cards too which is neat to see.

I'm kinda surprised that's only just now been an option. A colleague was pretty stoked he could put down the name of his choosing too. It's such a small thing, but I imagine is makes such a huge difference in feeling comfortable in a giant social setting like that.

A lot of companies are beginning to allow pronoun options in their HR systems. It's encouraging to see even the giant corps progress in some of these social and cultural areas.
