That comparison between the concept and your model is fabulous. I also really dig the treatment in the hanging fabric on her arms as well, that must have been tricky to deal with. Did you just sculpt them in that pose or are they fully rigged?
Oh wait, nevermind on that question - just saw you mention she was strictly a highpoly model. Still lovely work though. You planning on taking her game rez at some point?
