It's a little low res and not OFFICIAL official, but this model has the correct placement. From what I can tell, the actual in-game model's beauty marks a more subtle.

Yeah, in-game you can tell they are VERY subtle. If I'm not mistaken, that model on Sketchfab is using the one ripped from the game and altered by one of the SFM artists named Ellowas (again NSFW).
