Yea it bothers me too there’s a lot of artists I pass up following cuz of that reason. I try not to post too much random stuff and at least retweet art when I have none to post

Oh, for sure! I try not to begrudge anyone their fun, but yeah, I operate in a similar fashion. I...may also be the wrong kind of person for social media - I just assume people dun care to hear my random observations/opinions/jokes so I don't post much.

It's a lot faster to re-tweet a funny picture than to sit down for hours and create something

Too true! There’s even an additional frustration for 3D artists as our time investment has to be fairly extensive to finish something. I’m always blown away by my fiancee’s ability to just sit down and make something beautiful in a single evening.
