    I'm begging people to please find a way to appeal for better funding for in-home healthcare that doesn't erase decades of work by disabled activists to keep people out of nursing homes.

    End-of-life and elder care is increasingly moving toward an at-home model, because it's significantly less expensive/more profitable to provide equipment and leave 98% of the care to untrained, unpaid family members and friends--usually daughters.
