But beliefs and words alone will not create change. For the system to change, we need to take collective action. NowPow Givesback, the employee-led community impact committee, usually selects one or two local organizations we can support through volunteering or fundraising.

This summer, we raised money for 32 different organizations supporting Black and Brown communities in Chicago and New York. We will be sharing the list of these amazing organizations for others to learn about their community impact. We hope you, too, will be inspired to act.
