Why is it great news? 1) Former chairman Matthias is 75, new chairman Eichelmann is 54. A change is due. 2) Eichelmann is leader of the audit committee which is key for credibility.

I think KPMG finished their audit, so that Wulf Matthias was now "free" to leave, because all is fine ;) Now Mr. Eichelmann will push it on another way with fresh Power and will kickass to FT, Shortsellers and McCrum.
