    So now Macy’s arrived before the scheduled new window and im not home. The Macy’s lady calls me asking why I’m not home. I said you told me it was pushed back. She said she never said that as if I have the time or patience to make that shit up in my head

    Now you’re telling me you’re coming late afternoon. When I ask to reschedule you’re saying I need to talk to customer service but cannot connect me. I don’t have time for this. From a 2 month wait for a dresser to this, I’ll never order from Macy’s again. It’s so inconvenient!
