I’m sorry, did I miss the part of the video where he checked to make sure the chamber and magazine were empty?
-
-
-
Or the part where he even looked downrange before he pulled the trigger?
-
Or the part where he refused to do any of it because he didn’t have full control of the weapon? (It was locked in to that demo case.)
-
Or the part where he treated any gun as if it were loaded?
-
Because if he’s done any (or all) of those things, that would have been parenting done right. What you showed was a toddler treating a deadly weapon like it was a toy.

I like this very, very, very much.pic.twitter.com/NkSdGtuivR

Agreed. I am extremely pro 2nd amendment and gun rights, but this video is disturbing. Just like a car, electric saw or anything with potentially dangerous outcome there should be an age limit. Additionally guns are a tool not a toy, which looked liked it was being promoted as.
-
My Dad introduced me to guns at a young age. He wouldn't even let me touch one until we were at a range after two days of lessons on trigger discipline. 20 years later I can still remember him scaring the crap out of me about what can happen if you mishandle a gun.

It's incredible that guns are the third leading cause of death for children. That really isn't adorable.http://www.newsweek.com/guns-kids-third-leading-cause-death-627209 …
-
Namely minority youth from poorly run Democratic cities like Baltimore, Chicago, Philly, Detroit etc
-
Actually the study found the three leading States for child gun deaths were DC Louisiana Wyoming and Alaska

Damn. All those toddlers are owning libs and dems so hard.
-
Hating dead kids is our dem weakness. Of course the toddler that shots his sister in the head was just a tradegy. No need to hold a parent accountable. 'They've been through enough'. Can someone please write a song to these reasons why kids shouldn't have loaded weapons around?
-
the parent is accountable! They should not have left a loaded weapon somewhere obtainable!
-
The parent is never held accountable for the death of their own child. When we say 'should' it's a parental tape talking. It implies we know what laws should be. Some gun owners fear any law of any kind, but thoroughly enjoy ignorance. It's an 'idiocracy' dillema & kids pay.pic.twitter.com/BWq7jUo8JF
