Incredible how someone who brands themselves as a "storyteller" first tells the completely wrong story ("15 year old"), then leaves out a KEY component - that it was a 20 year old MAN shot after HE shot at CPD officers. Yeah, great "storytelling!" What a joke. So irresponsible.
