My current thinking is that there will be partial or total declass, but no indictments until after the mid-terms.
Any declass will be done to toxify the Dems. Make them unelectable.

It's an EXTREMELY difficult juggling act, I imagine.
The Kavanaugh debacle has swung momentum firmly behind the GOP candidates.
Any move on #SpyGate needs to be calibrated to increase the trajectory of that momentum, not distract or divert from it.
If we see a damning OIG Report and/or declassification, that will presumably need to be this week, or a series of releases over the next 3 1/2 weeks. BUT indictments? If there are any, it will be so close to Nov 6, that the Dems will have no time to respond. Surprise attack.

But more likely is a damning OIG report with referrals to DOJ, mid-terms and then (if GOP wins) indictments, on the back of a GOP-maj Congress.

I believe you are 100 percent correct on this. The optics of making arrests this close to the election would play into the Dems favor. It's better to fire up the voters to vote out the swamp and then do what is necessary.

same here. the red wave is rolling in, release the FISA docs, show America how evil they've been then after 11/6 drop the hammer. But.... one thing Q has said, by 11/11/18 everything will be better. so that doesn't allow a lot of time between elections to make arrest. We'll see
