@TeamYouTube @youtube I just published a new video on my channel but it didn’t send any push notifications out to my subscribers. Any idea why that is or how I can fix it? It’s normally instant. Please help!

Just to confirm, have you selected "Notify subscribers" under advanced settings? Your subs can check these settings: http://goo.gl/T1T4kC . Keep us posted!

I have. Although it seems to be automatically selected because it’s greyed out with the tick in the box. With all my other videos an instant notification came out after publishing :/pic.twitter.com/w1xAemsIcF

Thanks for the info! Does this happen across devices? Also, have your subs check the app level settings on their devices to ensure they've allowed notifications: https://goo.gl/giVA8o ? Let us know!

App level settings are unchanged and all fine. Should have received a push notification. And yes, this is the same across all devices

That's odd! Could you have your subs send us feedback (with screenshots, if applicable) using these steps: https://goo.gl/bX5A5P ? This will help us investigate further.

I’ve got a couple of people i know who subscribe to do this. Would making the video private and then switching it back to public work to trigger new push notifications or should I just leave it?
