QTing this to address the List's metric for what makes a bestseller: it's an obscure process, but we learned A LOT when Handbook For Mortals gamed its way onto the list (notably sans dagger). Here's a good rundown by

I do want to add, as an aside, that I think Don Jr's book probably would have hit the list without any bulk buying shenanigans involved! Would it have been #1? I can't say, and we'll never know. I guess Don Jr. wasn't willing to trust his fans enough to earn the spot on his own
