I've seen ads for that guys videos on YouTube and knowing nothing else aside from him being a bearded white guy with a gaming related YouTube channel assumed he was a piece of shit. It's sad that thats a fairly accurate predictor
I guess if we are all gonna put HQ on blast... he loves to make videos where he refers to me by my full legal name. This always results in a wave of harassment from his followers. At which point is there enough for a harassment suit? Or even just for getting WotC involved. He does use their visuals, and I assume they have some kind of claim to "MTG", and if nothing else they can ban him to send a message.
