I've been debating if we remove StreamLabs from the

1UpCoin service. Users can choose them or

@StreamElements

right now to trigger existing alerts. I'm not a fan of forcing choices on users, but at the same time, I'm clearly not a fan of SL either. Thoughts?

If you’re looking to move from StreamLabs but you have a feature that is a reason that is keeping you from moving. Let me know. If I can’t build it, I’m sure others will. No one in a community of creators should tolerate what they have done to multiple companies/individuals.

today. If you are a streamer and still use StreamLabs, just think about how you would feel if someone took your content and did what they want with it and ignored you. This shouldn’t be acceptable.

Near the launch of SLOBS, @streamlabs reached out to us about using the OBS name. We kindly asked them not to. They did so anyway and followed up by filing a trademark We’ve tried to sort this out in private and they have been uncooperative at every turn twitter.com/StuV2/status/1

The number of users that accidentally donate to

instead of the streamer they meant to donate to is higher than the number of users that actually intended to donate. The donation page even warns of this. 🤷

Users that attempted to relink their accounts during this time would have continued to receive emails as the issue persisted. We believe at this time users can relink their accounts to continue receiving donations. If you still are having issues please reach out or email us.

At around 2am central a number of our users refresh tokens for Coinbase became invalid and we were unable to refresh these users authentication tokens to generate new addresses for donations for these users. We’ve identified no issues on our end, but are still looking into it.

I know @coinbase gets a lot of hate in the cryptocurrency space. My personal experiences have been fine up until I need support based on their APIs. In the past their API stopped working as expected only to change back after 3 days but they had no one to reach out to for support.

on our service. We’re working to resolve them but the issue may take 72 hours oe@more to resolve.

Every now and then I have to go back and work on something that uses Google APIs and OAuth system, and I honestly regret it every time. I can't think of a service that is more frustrating to work with.
