As a programmer, space enthusiast and feminist, this is the tweet for me! Fine, I don't know what to do with skin cream, but nothing is perfect 😄

When has to explain why they don't try to recover boosters via propulsive landing... five years ago still had to explain why they do try via propulsive landing 😄

As if every few years or so someone sends a not-so-friendly reminder that just because you're rich enough for a private aircraft doesn't mean you're rich enough to ignore the weather

Farewell, Terry Jones. The great foot has come down to stamp on you. My god what pleasure you gave, what untrammelled joy and delight. What a wonderful talent, heart and mind

I think if the second stage survived the explosion with only the interstage in between, this monster-trunk will make sure Dragon can survive an explosion of the booster, while still attached, without any scratches 😄

So I checked the aspect ratios of the height/witdth and heights to each other of the black and white region of the falling chunk and it seems to match up pretty nicely to the 2nd stage and interstage, if we assume the stage is a bit sideways and the interstage is closer to us 1/2

And in 's picture of the piece falling to ground you can see the interstage on that chunk. So it seems the whole 2nd stage survived the explosion of the 1st stage, wow 😮 remember, this thing was fully fueled too ;)

I think the second stage or parts of the second stage survived the in-air explosion, fell to ground and exploded there. I think it's the explosion and fire on the ground you can see on 's stream.

When you got surprised by the explosion you know where coming because you focused on the Dragon capsule that hard 🤦‍♀️😆

A thought just occurred to me... could militaries potentially be able to use the Starlink constellation for drone strikes? And could this make SpaceX complicit in the killing of people 🤔

Why didn't Boeing/Nasa not have communication satellites or ground stations in place to communicate with Starliner around the crucial time of orbital insertion burn?
