After Trump's random monologue, I learned that the President favors steel over concrete. In contrast, Mike Pence could actually be understood by an elementary class.

There are lots of reasons Ocasio-Cortez drives certain Republicans crazy, foremost among them her race and gender. But it's also that she's quintessentially a New Yorker and DC political culture is formal and prudish when NYC mostly isn't those things.

Earlier this year, we passed S.2644, the Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act, out of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill would safeguard Robert Mueller’s investigation. Leader McConnell should bring the bill to the Senate floor as soon as possible

This does not go nearly far enough. What's needed is a suit in federal court to confirm that "conservative" is a trademark jointly owned by Jerry Falwell Jr and Roger Ailes.

Crying in public because you saw atrocities and feel sorry for someone else is fine; crying in public because you feel sorry for yourself (& implore others to feel sorry for you) is the greatest marker of weakeness.
