What's the best thing you've started doing for yourself lately?
haven’t missed a breakfast, bowl of lucky charms in 6months, having breakfast every morning has made my day/life better. Kinda weird.

Not weird at all! Routine is super helpful for mental health! It feels great to wake up and not feel rushed when you start your day. Taking a few minutes for a bowl of cereal is probably helping SO much!
