    As ‘s tweet clearly states, is not bound by Articles of the 4th Geneva Convention to provide vaccinations for the . Better to state legal facts rather than to maliciously obfuscate them.

    UN experts got it wrong when they said Israel is bound by Arts 56 & 60 of 4th Geneva Convention to provide vaccs to Palestinians. Under its Art 6(3) these provisions ceased to apply in 1968. should not have relied on

    Defence Minister Benny Gantz has suggested that give several thousand vaccines to vaccinate medical personnel. Previously, Israel’s Health Minister had said that Israel would consider giving any excess vaccinations to the Palestinians.

    Nasty headline paints image of Israel maliciously hoarding supplies. Israel's health minister has said that Israel is looking to share excess doses with Palestinians. This headline grotesquely distorts that reality.
